Parts Return Policy

Parts identified as “Eligible for Return” on the Part Product Page are eligible for refund within 30 days of invoicing. Returned Parts must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip.

Parts must be returned in person to the dealer listed on your e-commerce invoice. Return eligibility & processing will be verified by the dealer at time of return.

We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error or a damage product.

If you are a registered user, after logging in, simply navigate to the Order History page and click the Start a Return button displayed next to all orders eligible for Return.
If you haven't registered yet, you still can find your order and request a return online using our 
Track Order Search.

 

Parts Warranty

Parts purchased from Shop.Deere.com are covered by the John Deere Parts Warranty Policy, covering defects in material and workmanship, for a minimum period of 6 months from receipt. For complete warranty information, please contact your dealer.

Merchandise & Workshop Item Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase -- for any reason -- we will gladly accept returns. Only item(s) you return to us within 30 days of the purchase date will be considered for a refund. Please secure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.

Online purchases returned within 30 days to our Returns Center by mail will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item.

Returned Items must be returned, in new condition, and in its original packaging, with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit. Shop.Deere.com reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

If you haven't registered yet, you still can find your order and request a return online using our Track Order Search.  You can also Contact Customer Service via our contact us form or Call 1-800-537-8233 to request a return authorization number. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm ET.

Once the Return Request has been approved, you will receive an email with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and a link to print out a shipping label.  Write the RGA number on the outside of the package and take it to the nearest

All returns and exchanges will be processed as a credit to the original credit card used. If you are returning an item for exchange, please visit www.Shop.Deere.com to place a new order. Please note you do not have to wait for your credit to place an order for new items desired.
